Lotz & Company acted for World Copper Ltd. in connection with its acquisition of the Zonia copper oxide project located in Arizona, USA. The acquisition of the Zonia project was completed by way of a plan of arrangement, whereby World Copper and Cardero Resource Corp. combined their respective businesses.
