Jonathan Lotz

Jonathan is a senior lawyer and the founder of Lotz & Company, specializing in transactional law.

Prior to Lotz & Company, Jonathan worked as a partner at international law firm, Heenan Blaikie LLP, where he headed the firm’s Vancouver corporate securities and mining practices.  He has represented public and private companies in all aspects of corporate and securities matters, and has acted for a variety of clients in the natural resources, energy, real estate and technology sectors in North and South America, Europe, Asia, Africa, and Oceania.

Jonathan is experienced in cross-border offerings and acquisitions, and transactions in the United States.  He is a member of the Bars of British Columbia and New York and has provided advice to Canadian and American reporting issuers on various aspects of their corporate governance and special committees of boards on complex transactions.
