Dan Lin

Law Student

Dan is currently pursuing her Juris Doctor from the Peter A. Allard School of Law at the University of British Columbia.

Prior to her legal studies in Canada, she worked at a major local law firm in China and she gained extensive experience in the area of Chinese securities and corporate law and assisted clients on matters in relation to China’s capital markets.  She also worked as a protection intern at the UNHCR Representation in China where she assisted refugees and asylum seekers.

Dan has passed the PRC bar exam but does not currently hold an active license.  She obtained a bachelor’s degree from Xiamen University and then a master’s degree from Peking University.
