Amina is an associate at Lotz & Company. She practices in the area of corporate and securities law and has acted for a variety of clients in the natural resources, energy and technology sectors in Canada and U.S. Amina advises clients on a range of public and private company transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, public offerings and corporate reorganizations. She also provides ongoing advice to public issuers regarding continuous disclosure obligations, corporate governance matters, financings and general securities law compliance.

Amina obtained her Juris Doctor from the University of Victoria and was called to the British Columbia Bar in 2022. Amina was awarded a significant scholarship to spend a year in Germany to study international law prior to joining law school. Amina likes to spend her free time in the nature, trekking around the world, and has a unique interest in ornithology.
